Each protocol uses six physiological axes. Each axis has three choices: A (strain, 10), B (adaptation, 25), C (reserve, 40). Totals range from 60 to 240; the percentage is rounded against 240.

Thresholds are read as clinical bands, not diagnoses: 50% and below Critical, 51–75% Adaptation, 76% and above Optimal. The map is a coarse self-report of reserve.

Answers are scored in the browser and re-validated on the server. Fabricated totals are rejected. Email delivery is consent-based; passwords are not stored.

Library monographs stand alone. Phytochemical classes are named botanically and molecularly; assessment screens carry no trademark or sales path.

The citation frame is peer-reviewed literature: PubMed-indexed journals and foundational physiology papers in Nature and Science. DOI and PMID are published so the reader can open the primary source.

Digests describe mechanisms (eNOS, Nrf2, membrane lipids, vagal afferents). They do not claim disease-risk reduction, treatment, or that a product is indicated.

CellBiometrics is a digital health portal. The assessment and email summary are not a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medical device, or food-supplement claim.

Applicable frames include the Turkish Food Codex, EU Regulation 1924/2006 and EFSA health-claim assessment, and the FDA food/drug distinction. Unauthorised disease claims are not used.
